how do i get rid of chin acne without the use of Accutane or anything that isn’t over the counter?

I have really bad chin acne and i really can’t afford stuff like accutane and my mom doesn’t even let me so any other effective way?

seracycline is a side free selective anti biotic that only targets acne bacteria, youre welcome, rep if you found helpful
