Your coloring is the main set back, dye your hair and eyebrows darker, will give you great contrast against the blue eyes. Take mt2 and go sunbake for a week to fix skin coloring, and definitely try to fill in that upper lip, shortening that philtrum will save.

Look into future rhino for the nose size, and train neck to better facial harmony.

All of that aside though, for the first time no surgery is completely essential at all. You have good bones and enough harmony to live a great life, as long as you address your coloring.
