so you have some dark molar bags, maybe be from reccesed infras, but the only solution i could give you if youre done with puberty is to put a cold spoon or cold green tea bags

No phone 30 minute before sleeping
read book instead
if u wanna sleep but dont care about testosterone, take melatonin
take ashwa if u dont have adhd
take a nice warm shower 1 hr before sleep
no eating for 3 hour before bed
Sit there and relax
close ur eyes and think about slayyingfoids

yeah but basically why sleep affects the under eye area is because it causes fluid retention and poor circulation, so if you have problems with sleep and need a fast fix, im just saying cold compression helps am i right?
