My under eye bags are caused by a lack of volume under the eye, so I’m not asking how to get rid of the hollowness.

How do I get rid of the lines? Is there a product I can use, I’ve heard using retinoids can improve elasticity but I’m not sure (I have tretanoin on hand btw).

Retinoids can dry out the under eyes because the thin is so skin. But it depends on how well your skin tolerates retinoids

Moisturize 2x a day. You can try retinoids but use a very small amount and don't use it too often.

Retinoids can thicken skin over time, but when you're applying retinoids to the undereye it might dry out the skin. You can try a small amount first (1x a week) around the orbital bone and slowly move your way upwards. Make sure you use a moisturizer and SPF if you're going to do this.
