How do I get rid of frizz?

Hate my hair so much because its always so frizzy, legit tried everything oils, leave in conditioners, not shampooing hair everyday and only conditioning etc. And now that its summer when i sweat on my forehead, my hair absorbs it and becomes so frizzy, feels so shit when that happens. Anyone please give me a solution because i hate it so much

I have the same problem, the only thing that saved me was keratin, I don't know if there is anything better than that.
