There is two ways to get rid of both you can use OTC product or try to get your hands on prescription tropical or oral skincare. for OTC I recommend Niacinamide or vitamin C for brightening properties and for acne i recommend you to exfoliate your skin which is very important you can use BHA or PHA works really well but don't over exfoliate your skin your skin still needs natural oil. I also highly recommend you to shower cold water rather than warm or hot water because it can irritate your skin and make inflammation worse because hot or warm water can strip your natural oil of your body , hair , face. Hot water can reduce cortisol and tighten pores where by cold water increase cortisol but this are temporary. For prescription products I reckon you use accutane for acne very effective if done right with the right protocol for tropical acne problems you can use tretinoin. for hyperpigmentation just use hydroquinone but its only for short term not recommended for long term use so be careful for rebound effects after usage. This are some very common ways to fix it but also remember that immune system is also very very important so please put a note on that. Sleep as well is important and try your best to be away from the sun and use sunscreen with PA++++ some sunscreen don't have it just SPF50. I hope this help :3
