How do I get rid of lip herpes(HSV) fast?

Hey, I just got a cold sore (lip herpes) and it’s annoying as hell.
I already know it usually takes around a week, but I wanna make it heal as fast as possible.
Does anyone know any creams or home treatments that actually work fast? Like those that reduce swelling, pain, and help it crust over quicker.
I’ve seen people mention Zovirax, Fenistil Pencivir, Compeed patches, and even tea tree oil or ice. Not sure what’s really effective tho.
So yeah, what worked the fastest for you? Any underrated tips?
