how do i get rid of my acne (had it for 4 years)

ive had acne for 4 years now (im almost 17) and i cant live w it no more, i got slight hypopigmentation awful colouring, pimples blackheads on nose and under my eyes whiteheads on chin and js normal acne everywhere else, it used to be awful when it first started around 4 years ago, now i get a pimple once every few days but it still lasts for a while, and its holding me back. i haven’t seen my face with perfect colouring and fully clear in 4 years.(ive spent already over 400 pounds on it bc idk what products are good)

I need a cleanser bc i sweat a lot and go gym 4x a week
and an acne cream or spot treatment
Give me links of where to buy and what else i would need.(please help)

theres obv stronger then tret but tret i mean for most ppl it does the job and its not as harsh as the other things

diet has been clean for over a year now and it got rid of my cystic acne but i still get breakouts and pimples. never eat sweets junk ffood seasoning no spicy food, havnt had a cheat meal ina year. but still my colouring is shit and acne is still fucked up

i took this rn an its 12 so its kinda dark but u can see that itsbad, its even worse in the morning but looks "better" rn (ik it still looks like shit) bc i was at the gym and sweated

ive seen a lot worse i mean i would try tret + azelaic acid at first and i would gurantee that it works but accutane i mean you def can but its just kinda overboard in a way

Shit is not bad at all . Its unlikely fir a dermatologist to prescribe vitamin a derivatives for this , so indiamart or WWB is likely your best option. If youre going to another country this summer id suggest taking your chance their and going to a pharmacy as other countries are less strict

yo im on Epiduo rn as well but its making my face like super red I used it like 2 weeks now when dose it stop also you got any tips for using epiduo

its worse irl trust me it feels like hell waking up or 4 years streight and first thing i check is my skin to see iff it improved or got worse, im waiting for the day where my skin ifs finally clear it pisses me off so bad.
