How do i get rid of my acne/what products

I have acne on my chin and cheeks i thought it was fungal acne but head and shoulders didnt work but if any of you think it is ill try again i have all the products just dont know a good routine or anything. I need help ill genuinely do anything

Tretinoin or isotretinoin, so either tretinoin cream to apply gently on your face or accutane pills to swallow. Get them prescribed with a dermatologist for a recommended dose for you and an estimated amount of time to be taking/applying them/it.
But if you want to self prescribe yourself prob a 20mg pill every 2 days will do but judging on your case a low dose of 10 mg instead will do since your acne isn’t as repulsive or noticable. Drink 8 cups of water a day if you plan taking accutane btw.

stick to the suggested tretinoin and azelaic acid routine you decided to try rather than mixing in what you already own. remember to use spf 50 as well.
