I starting to notice one on the right side of my face. On the left however it's not noticeable.

What should I do to stop them from getting worse?

isn't it a bone issue? @EasyMan875
for most people it's just the way their fat pads are shaped, but it can also be related to your cheekbones (most common) or maxilla (less common).

either way thickening the skin in that area with micro-needling should fade them a little.

I only noticed it in the last week. Maybe it's because I'm in the sunlight far more since the weather is warmer.

dont tense facial muscles that could be the cause

This. As you get old you start losing fat over your face, combined with a poor bone growht it makes them more noticeable

it's also usually resolved with cheek lifts, so it's generally not caused by the maxilla like many people here think, some cheek bones shapes are prone to it.

lack of projected cheekbones ( flat cheeks) as well as anatomy. PDO Thread lifting, V-Lift surgery or filler (the worst option)
