How do I get rid of negative hooding

I have 0 upper eyelid exposure, but my eyes have this negative hooding. My canthal tilt is neutral-slightly positive (roughly 3-5 degrees). Are there any ways to make this hooding appear straight or positive?

Hardmaxxing isn't an option.
