How do I get rid of pimples and redness

the picture I attached is me with a smooth face filter and I feel like it improves my face so much, I haven’t got crazy acne or anything just a couple pimples but I have a lot of redness on my face to and it high key nerfs me.

I’ve tried using charcoal face scrub but it seems to just make the redness worse and have no effect on the pimples. Right now I’m using this cream meant for eczema and it takes the pimples to the final stage where they would start to fade but they don’t. My diet is pretty shit and consists of cereal bread and chocolate. What should I eat instead and is there anything else I should do?

have the same problem and i dont think my gut health can improve further excluding stuff like bpc 157 or tb 500 as they supposedly improve gut health
