How do i get rid of purple under eyes and tear troughs

My under eyes are like a purple colour and some veins are visible when close up how can i fix this. There is also tear trough lines like the image attatched. Is it over or
can i fix it with under eye serum. I tried using the REN undereye creambut it made minimal difference in a week. I also heard that caffiene serums like the one i attatched below can work but idk if it will in my case.

but what about sleep. that is what most people recomend why is my case any different - also im under 18 so i cant really hardmax rn

is there a point in still using eye cream/moisturiser to help reduce the purpleness. Ik the lines wont go away but at least today i believe the purpleness is reduced probably because of using the moisturiser more. Like it might be cope/lighting but the left was today and it looks alot better i think

alr thanks i will look into this, im also just going to continue using the REN under eye cream until then and keep tracking the results

Yea i mean i think by just slightly plumping the area it appears to help a little bit so i may as well keep using it
