i remember last year id shave and it was fine and my skin was smooth and i now when i shave its disgusitng, i shave normally and put foam but its still there what do i do

one blade razor, make sure your actually using good shaving cream tho

How do you get rid of them? I don't know fam. But I can tell you how to avoid getting them in the future: exfoliate before shaving.
