How do i get rid of Sebaceous Filaments

I have Sebaceous Filaments and ive tried pretty much everything from salycilic acid to azelaic acid 20%, retinol, cleansers etc but they wont go away

Ive tried to get topical tretinoin from my doctor but he wouldnt pescribe it to me and i know where i can get accutane but i feel thats an overkill
