how do i get rid of small red dots on my body

If you mean chicken skin (like in the pic below) consider moisturizers with lactic acid, urea, or salicylic acid

Theres also a possibility its irritation, in which case taking longer & hotter showers will help smoothen your skin.

its kinda like this but less bumps and like they are a bit bigger sometimes even whiteheads
