How do i get rid of smile lines?

Well i am a bit overweight currently starvemaxxing but when i was younger i had no smiles lines , so its i lose them with fat loss or surgery?

Drink tons of water, Ive also heard applying niancimide or whatevee you call it will get rid of them but thats prob cope. Also get a leaner face to stretch out your skin

Retinol gets rid of them but if its not face fat youre just recessed
