so for me nothing worked besides and doing a lymph massage lowering overall body fat percentage, staying hydrated to reduce facial bloating, or improving tongue posture. Your lymph nodes have nothing to do with your baseline bone structure. Most importwnt dont mess with them or they will swill

Same problem but mine doesnt show as much but its the same placement

but trust me its not that deep you just need to cope with it if you ascend it wont matter wont hold you back
