How do i get rid of these fcking lines on my neck

How do i get rid of "tech neck" or whatever the fuck this is, it haunts me since ive been a kid and when i noticed it ive been moisturising, massaging my neck, fixed my posture, stopped looking down with tilting my head, I eat enough vitamin C, A, D, consume collagen (the collagen supplements may be cope there are no visible changes whatsoever) and ofc stay hydrated(3L+)
