Fillers are temporary. Get a fat graft or orbital rim implants. It's non negotiable for you.

Fat graft is cheaper imo in the long run than fillers and supposed to look more natural than implants, also you could get for your whole face if you need it. Revisions might be needed later however.

You look like a candidate for filler, which lasts a lot longer than they are marketed to, especially in the under eye area where there is no movement. Fat grafting is less predictable because your body will metabolize some of it and you could be left with uneven results.
