How do i get rid of these lines under my eyes

i have tried volufiline but it didn’t work for me and i feel like these lines kind of ruin my look along with other things as well but i believe i could fix them somehow just dk what actually works

No. Get infra-orbital implants and then likely some fat grafts, at the very least. This case is a bone problem and not a fat pad problem.
