How do I get rid of these marks?

Not too long ago I had a pretty bad scratch on those areas and the skin tore

Then it dried up and now it's this color (dark purple) very offputting from my skin tone

(Mb if image is shit quality I don't wanna upload my whole face)

Cover it up with more a more tanned skin tone or use some topicals.

I searched it up and it's jus pih marks which would take months to go away
