How do i get rid of these red spots after acne is gone

I had bad acne for a couple months but no more spots are inflamed its just these red flat spots left

rub canola oil on your face and leave it as a mask for 1 hour. i had the same situation and it worked wonders for me
 
Look into retinoids.
