Just say “I want accutane” get enough for 2-3 weeks. if you aren’t sure about dosage ask the pharmacist. If you can’t get the pills either get a prescription, or the topical if you’re lazy

The ME is pretty strict with drugs and you can get it over the counter here. Assumed it would be easy to get elsewhere
