Ik it’s from my chin being shifted so that side has less support and the fat fell down but like is aqualyx the only way other than a face lift or liposuction. All hella expensive.

yea dude in a perfect world i would but the roi just isnt there for me, i alr look decent enough where im seen as attractive irl so why would i split my face open and have to relearn how to use my face for an extra point on my side profile. my mandible is recessed but i have a decent chin i could legit just get filler or genio. obviously wont be as good but still decent enough. also i dont want to risk ruining my front. i used to dream about gettin bimax but after talking to a lot of ppl most say its not a need. also my midface has hollows i can fix with implants which i would still need on top of bimax regardless its just pointless. im tryin to mog not be absolutely perfect.

it cant be that big of an issue based off my real life experiences bro i just have mental issues clearly. it makes more sense to save the extra money fixing the smaller flaws that might have been caused by my jaws but arent huge enough to spend 30k on. i can get gonion filler, chin filler, rhino, midface implants, ptosis repair and cantho for around the same cost as it would just for trimax and even then i would still need all that extra shit cuz jaw surgery alone is very underwhelming for aesthetics unless ur insanely recessed.
