How do I get rid of this kind of acne?

I think its perioral dermatitis but Ive tried pretty much every remedy and nothing works. I wanna start using tret for other parts of my face but im afraid it will make the acne around my nose worse.

I do have something similar I think just not as bad, mines hardly even there tbh you can even see it in pic, raw carnivore should probably fix it

pic definitely overexagrates it since I took it after exfoliating. Acne doesnt really affect interactions with girls either. Just kinda something I wanna fix for myself.
