how do i get rid of visible submandibular glands

ruins my side profile, and I look ugly as fuck when someone looks at me when I'm standing and they are sitting/shorter than me, because it also ruins my under profile or whatever that is. Is there a chance that it will go after puberty or during it, 14 y/o rn
