I also have 50% white genes but I was super low inhib in middle school and then became super high inhib in high school and then actively did things to reduce my inhib and now I have non-existent inhib that I have to monitor actively to avoid putting myself in bad situations. I say this to say I may have been rather predisposed to low inhib but from my experience it's possible to reduce your inhib.

The way to go about is you have to actively expose yourself to situations that require low inhib + increase the factors that would protect you from the kinds of threats your high inhib is concerned about.

Whites are rather low inhib when it comes to physical activities but very high inhib socially. You will have some white dude who does some extreme sport that risks his life daily but he gets nervous talking to women. That's just how it is.

So what you need to do is focus on lowering your social inhib by progressively exposing yourself to riskier and riskier social situations and breaking social norms.

Also go to the gym and get jacked, this will help you reduce your social inhibition because all inhibition depends on threat and being physically dominant makes physical retaliation for your low inhib behavior one less threat you have to worry about.

Some exercises you can try are:

-intentionally making situations awkward and intentionally not trying to rectify the awkwardness or basically blowing up social situations
-Intentionally attracting negative attention to yourself in public by acting in a bizarre way
-Wearing very attention grabbing clothing
-Walking around in a dangerous neighborhood at night.
-Actually practicing cold approach pick up


In regard to pick up there used to be some very regimented routines for lowering social inhibition out there. There was one that was basically a 30 day social exposure method where you gradually exposed yourself to greater and greater social pressure and at the end you should be a much lower inhib person. I remember the first few tasks were to go to a very public place and abruptly lay down in a very busy area or cold approach chicks and just say weird things, etc. If you look around on old PUA forums may have better luck finding it or one of the variations that exist.

It's important to recognize it's not a bad thing to be high inhib.

Blacks are super low inhib but they also make up the majority of the prison population and many will never see freedom again.

When lowering your inhib, avoid beating yourself up for your high inhib or seeing it as a flaw. At the beginning you may have to take some extreme actions to get your inhib in check. I want to say avoid going to jail but risk is risk, some of the most potent means for transcending excessive social dependence are things that are dangerous. This is why I say you want to not only lower inhib but increase general competence for dealing with chaos, this means have money, have a good relationship with your family if you can, be healthy, and get good sleep, etc.

Understand that low inhib is a greater adaptation to chaos by being more flexible and opportunistic. High inhib is the opposite, it's adaptation to order and structure by being stable and consistent.

Many modern environments have become a mix of both and so the most adaptive behavioral style for maximizing opportunity and resources is to be a bit of both.
