How do I get stop popping my acne when I talk/move my mouth?

Tret made my acne become white heads full of puss whenever I speak or eat the action of moving my jaw or face causes them to pop and blood comes out.

Its embarrassing and gross

This will go away after a while. For the short term I think it's still socially acceptable to wear a mask.
