How do i get taller at 14?

I am 14, 5'9-5'9.5 with a 6'4 dad and a 5'8 mom and im wondering how I can get taller and maximize my height potential, i'm in tanner stage 3-4. If anyone could give me any tips or methods that would be great

what i did is during puberty wich is rly important,do stretching exercises go on a play store and get a heigh boosting app i didnt think it was real till i tried it lmao. i had a huge growth spurth when i was your age at the end of middle school i was 185 and at the start of 5th grade i was 150.Now my parents are also tall but i think this helped out alot hjs try it out it doesnt hurt to and dont stop the grind for abt a month
