How do i get taller?

I am 172cm (ik im manlet) 47kg, i dont wanna be forced to twinkmaxx bc im too short. What are some cheap/easy ways to naturally increase my height (excluding fixing posture and fraudmaxxing)?
 
get sleep and have a good diet im assuming u havent finished puberty, i was 175 when i was 15, it might be cope cus my dads 189 but i just followed a good diet and got shit tons of sleep over 9 daily im now freshly 16 and 183, might still grow.............

mom 160cm dad 172cm roughly and my brother is 190cm(6'3) and his age is still 17 and a third with a vegan diet including diary tho, might aswell kms

drink milk eat well get a lot of sleep. If you are really concerned find threads about HGH but know the risks before you take something like that. If you dont sleep well extended release melatonin could promote sleep growth but it might be cope, REM is crucial for growth and normal melatonin has a short half life. Question, when did you hit puberty?

Just about 2 years ago when i was 12 nearly 13, thats when i had my first major signs. I shot up to ~5'6 by 14 and now im ~5'7 at 15.

Im poor as shit bro, i barely get 2 meals a day. My diet consist of a grilled cheese sandwich, whatever mums cooking for dinner and ~500mL of full cream milk.😓
