without taking anything, make sure ur diet is optimal, so protein , vit D , K2, magnesium, zinc, and omega, natural sugars and pasteurized dairy and make sure u choose whole fat dairy products, dont fall for low-fat propaganda
ur height growth depends on GH, IGF-1 etc
so make sure ur optimising ur sleep, so min 8 hours and no blue light 30mins before bed and have a consitent schedule
decompressing ur spine can help a lil bit but might be a bit cope
