you are just weak, think about all the mtn and htn you see in your life, think about all the females and all of the experiences you missed on, that should motivate you, if you need motivations from us u dont have any goals or reason for this goals from the start

Simply learn about calories, macros, meal prep & calories counting + get an airfryer and glas meal prep boxes. Use GPT for meal prep ideas.

Nuking my appetite helped me the most as I was no longer dictated by what I wanted to eat but rather what was optimal. Also what @Bitterschön stated is really helpful as well

if u do it for a few times everyday consistently you will keep showing up, that grows discipline, it s just the first step that is hard, i hope you ascend to your maximum potential

ngl meal prep dosent require motivation it requires descipline, do it even if you dont feel like it, treat it like an obligation

Eat healthy = ascending

heres the basics on calories/macros

calories = measurement of energy
protein, carbs, and fat = sources of calories
protein: 4 calories/gram
carbs: 4 calories/gram
fat: 9 calories/gram

so if something has 10 grams of protein and 5 grams of carbs for example, it has ~60 calories
calories are important for maintaining weight. there's a certain amount of calories your body uses per day, depending on age, activity, sex, etc. eat less than you use, lose weight, eat more than you use, gain weight.

macros do not matter at all for weight gain/loss/maitenence. all that matters is calorie number. 2000 calories of fat is the same as 2000 calories of protein or carbs in terms of weight

however, macros still have different attributes and purposes.

protein is important for building and maintaining muscle. it's also the most satiating (makes you feel full)
carbs are the fastest absorbing type of energy. good for before/after a lift. also good for restoring glycogen (your body's energy storage in muscles).
fat is more satiating than carbs, but less than protein. it's important for absorbing certain nutrients. without it, your body can't intake them. it's also important for hormone synthesis

there are different types of carbs, fats, and proteins, (for example, sugars are a type of carb, saturated fat is a type of fat) not going into that in this post

eat at least 1 gram of protein/lb of bodyweight. rest of your calories should be 2:1 to 3:1 ratio of carbs to fat. you can track this with an app like cronometer, free and it will literally tell you everything you need to know and what you should be eating if you just input your age height and weight
