How do I get visible abs

Before you make any judgment I am lean I can see my ribs and have a bicep vain and shoulder vain, I am definitely lean.

I also sadly don’t have access to any abs machines as well,
I am wondering how do I get a good 6 pack because there is so much different opinions on this, because I can only see mine when I’m flexing or mid sit up,

Would core strengthening work like hanging leg raises work and sit ups and twits?

All I currently do is leg raises for maybe 2 sets a week, I know it’s not enough but I’m locking in now.
I’m also 16 if that changes anything

do you have a bar? The hanging leg raise is an easy one. abs are made in the gym and shown in the kitchen.

leg raises r not optimal since abs are for a torso flexion, cabel crunches is the most optimal thing so anything that is a torso flexion stip ups r also okay

Yes I do those but often can’t be bothered I’m starting doing them again is there any other exercises?

mhh yeah if u create a good stimulus, and get enough mur, but we still have obliques left idk if u want some , i personally dont
Ok thanks for the advice, Who cares about obliques honestly
 
all you can do is get leaner honestly training abs is pretty fucking pointless and some people just don’t have the genetics to have visible abs

Bf diet and training simple asf oh and don’t forget genetics
 
I have a bicep and shoulder vein yet I dont have full abs , not that lean tho
but if u dont have any abs at all ur just a Twink
build some muscle
