do not listen to the tards saying reta your weight is low and you dont have abs probably skinny fat, you need to eat adequate protein and lift heavy to put on some muscle. do weighted abs like cable crunches or weighted crunches. do not just keep cutting lol. if youre active eat like 2200 cals eat as much as protein as you can but 120g at the bare minimum imo.How tf do i get visible rock solid abs?
