I got Tanned this summer and i want to be white agian how do i get my real skin Tone back

avoid sun exposure, ur body returns back to its normal state after a while

SPF 50 sunscreen and stay inside the dark for a few weeks/months, no natural light or harsh indoor lights preferably only a crack of light from window remove a little bit of curtain otherwise indoor lights.

Don't go outside or expose skin to sun for no reason even for a few minutes that will reset a bit of progress because of the melanin production already spiking temporarily.

Don't use hotwater on your body then go outside opens pores up. Don't use hotwater in general we don't want to sensitize the skin to uv rays incase you must be exposed to the sun.

Even if you go in a car and your just running to the store apply sunscreen EVERYTIME YOU GO OUTSIDE THIS IS CRUCIAL.

If you do this you will become pale straight up pale no health defects though. Happened to me I got like 4 shades lighter
