ive seen some other threads saying crest supreme whitening strips, can anyone confirm they work? i dont wanna fuck up my enamel

Some teeth whitening strips do damage enamel or bring sensitivity in the teeth but crest strips do not and do provide a whiter look but not drastic until you use a lot of the strips as long as you use as directed you shouldn’t have any damage
