How do i go about gym as a 14 year old?

I'm a 14 year old who lost 25kg and i have a very decent face and can still pull Heeps of girls while still being a little bit chubby but im thinking of getting a gym membership to build a better physique but i really know nothing about how building muscle works i currently joined muay thi but thats all the physical exercise i really do

just go to planet fitness, theres many starters there and also i would recomend watching a few youtube videos to learn how it works maybe dorian sacari or other ppl

I mean I’m not gonna argue with you because there’s nothing I can do to prove it, but I don’t understand why that’s such a crazy or unbelievable thing for me to say.
 
just go to your local gym and get a membership and if u don’t know what excersises to do download musclewiki its free and it gives you workouts based on what muscle you want to target

Go get a personal trainer for a month and learn how to do a full-body / UL workout + dieting. Dont sleep on food and nutrition if u really wanna make some real progress and b patient. Also stop glazing urself ur 14 bruh...

Thank you, but I don’t get why y’all were pressed because I said I have a pretty decent face. I believe I do, and people tell me I should model all the time. My sister is a signed model too. I understand why it can sound a bit cocky, but I was just trying to get advice for the gym.

Just lift some weights bro you got time
 
Leanbulk and find a workout split which suits you. It should fit in your time table. Eat at least 1,5g of protein× bodyweight.
Train to failure or very close to failure
