does it fuck up nose that bad? I thought that was a joke
it only did for me because I sparred a lot.
My nose bone is very calcified and thick

Most people i know didn't get looksminned by it like me.

Still nothing could more contrary to Looksmax than getting punched in the face jfl.

my main fear is cauliflower ear but im pretty sure thats more from bjj

is wrestling better than muay thai and bjj
It's pretty common knowledge that wrestling/mma is the toughest fighting sport.

The practices are insane

exercise. try grappling sports first- bjj if you can afford monthly gym membership.

If not than sign up for wrestling at your school-in offseason supplement with weightlifting.

remember at this age intensity is better than volume, even if you can handle lots of volume. Eat well but healthy, get good high quality sleep and warm up before exercise.

Wrestling is more accessible I would say at our age. I wrestled for the past 3 years, im not now because of college apps and other things. It taught me so much in terms of discipline and hard work. I am going to try bjj soon however. I would say becoming experienced in wrestling and then transitioning to bjj is the best route, since there is not a lot of opportunity for long term wrestling after college and high school.

Muay Thai is neat, but the risk of bodily damage is higher do to the amount of blunt force trauma involved. I personally wouldn't want to risk it.

Weightlifting/cardio for aesthetically athletic body. Boxing/mma/whatever for conditioning but it will 100% morph your face and body getting hit so many times lol
