If you're worried about what others will think of you when you go take a walk outside,then please stop overthinking about it.

People are already too caught up in their own mind to even care about the way you walk or the way you look.Well,there may be a few who would actually judge you but that still doesn't matter as it's only a stranger.
Nobody is watching you when you walk,so that should be enough to make you feel relaxed brother and even if you think that they are looking at you then ask yourself why do you think so?
Are they watching you take a random walk because you're super tall?Are you super attractive?Are you dressed up in such a way that you catch everybody else's attention?If your answer is no,you should never think about what others think of you when you go outside.

the physical hurt will probably go away with exercise, like going outside more. u could cycle or hike with some music. if anything hurts, go back inside. im not asking u to do a marathon lol. or find a place that meets ur interests (gym, library, strip club, idk what u’re into)
