Yes but you half to be skilled at doing that, or have it professionally done by someone else. Maybe a makeup artist could get it done for you.

Don't think it is, it's common in all races except east asians.

You can't compare both pics because one is taken with a completely different posture than the other one, in the picture of the chad he is doing a neutral head posture (his head is neither leaning forwards or backwards), while the second picture is me facing downward while I am looking upwards towards the camera. so the whiteness below the eye will be visible because my head is slightly leaning about 30 degrees forward and my eyes looking upwards. Compare that to the other picture of my eye area where I am doing the same pose as the chad (head not leaning backward or forward), the whiteness is not visible. There are a couple of things wrong with my eye area, I think a severely sagging lower eyelid is not one of them.

not really, again this is just angle fraud. Me leaning my head 30 degrees foward to appear as if I have positive tilt.

You would need to shorten the vertical length of your eyebrow while emphasizing the horizontal length. Also try to groom your eyebrows into a more PCT shape. Lastly I would recommend you to darken the inner canthus follicular hairs with hair dye or any means that makes it appear to have more hair, this adds more needed horizontal length but don't over do it or your eyebrows becomes uncanny or has a unibrow appearance.

I'm not sure tbh since I never really needed to size down my eyebrows. Ask a barber, they know more.

I think you look better, cleaner at least.. but the shape is still not ideal (look at my edit above)
You should make the ends of the eyebrows curve down a bit so they are not completely straight, and make them a little thinner so the thickest point in your eyebrows is not the ends.

the problem is, I shortened the ends. I should've done what you are saying without shortening the ends, now I look a bit gay. The eyebrow must stretch away from the outer horizontal tip of my eye as long as possible, but now the brows are very close to the outer horizontal tip of my eye (the closer the worse, the longer the better).
Do you think I should do what you're saying now or should I wait until it grows back to it's original form and then do it? I think I would look even worse if I did what you're saying now since the brows have been severely shortened both in width and length.
