I blame puberty I started it last summer (over)

Yes puberty is still not over for me for a while only coping mechanism I have is my head size is too big and my hands and feet are too big for my body but brutal family height pill my dad is 6-1 and my mum is 4-11……

2)sprint a lot (90 sec intense), swim a lot
3)intake of zinc , vit d , calcium supplement
4)dont view phone tv or any shit 3 hrs before sleeping
5)buy blue ray blocking glasses
6)wear lifts , monotone cloths with vertical stripes (preferably black)
7)if you are non vegetarian eat meat a lot but unadulterated if possible that too hen or mutton
8)avoid soy and plastic food containers and bottles
9)basic workout and lot of rest
