Do i go to the barber while im trying to get a modcut?I have 2a hair type.What haircut should i ask the barber to do not to look homeless and get trimmed properly?

Go one last time, let him set the foundation of the haircut if u want to grow out and than just let them grow. The haircut has to just suit you, there isn't a "haircut to do not look homeless"

Yeah but u can do those fixes yourself at home, and again, find smth that suits yourself idk if a low taper is good on you.

Dude post yourself at least, idk what u look like. If u want just your hair longer then do what i said on the first message and don't touch them again, if u want a bit of taper let the rest grow and re-do the taper on your own at home or from a barber

Biotin + Ketoconazole took me from Razor Bald to chin length hair in 1 year

I would say let everything grow (your sides in particular) and continue to trim the sideburns

If it grows fast, let sides grow out to like half the length of the top, then even it all out, then get the main cut.

have the same haircolor as you. i'm a barber myself and cut me low taper for the last 3 years, I would suggest you NOT to.
I would recommend you to let your sides grow aswell, as it looks way better when your hair is getting longer. Maybe teach yourself how to cut the top and sides with a scissor so it grows even, its not that difficult to learn tbh.
