How do i grow my ramus?

Hi im 15 yrs old and wont state my name for obvious reasons, my side profile is shit, i have a recessed maxilla and medium ramus, ive found that growing my ramus will actually improve my side profile by a LOT, i have a big nose too so itll fix that (or atleast distract ppl from it), heres a pic of my side profile. Also dw ik i have to get a haircut. But could you guys tell me how to fix my medium ramus and how to fix my chin, it tilts upwards idk if thats a good thing or not (u can see it in the pic)
