How do I grow taller at 15.

I’m currently about 5,7 at 15, my dad’s 6,3-6,4 and my mums about 4,7.
I get told I’m short everyday now, one of my friends even calls me a manlet.
I should really be measuring myself because I haven’t noticed any visible changes in my height in the last few months was wondering if anyone had any tips.

Are u a late bloomer if u are ur good and just get good sleep and eat healthy and be active

I’m not sure I used to be a little above average in my friend group now everyones outgrown me, never been tall tho, I go to the gym and I try keep to my diet.
 
you gain about a inch every year bro, just chill dw about it

Do u have like facial hair or chest hair and also ask ur dad when did he start growing a lot

what stage in puberty are you in? also are you sure your mom is 4'7 ? an example of how to find out what stage in puberty your in is your facial hair or body hair. also 5'7 isnt short unless you are hanging out with nba players (atleast for your age)
 
Nope no chest hair, just the puberty moustache sadly I’m not in contact with my father.
Do u look younger than ur friends like los do u still have lots of voice cracks if u do ur fine just wait and do everything right

Drink semen daily. It has all the nutrients and minerals essential for height growth

Yeah sometimes I get voicecracks, I’ve always looked older than my age because i have relatively thicker eyebrows but I’d say they look older.

Since you aren’t in contact with your father. You probably need to prioritize sleep. You need to understand how circadian rhythms work and optimize them to your best abilities. And also eat in a 300+ calories surplus. And make sure you eat hella protein. Exercise is a good too. Sleep is the most importsnt without sleep you can’t grow. Although these are simple stuff optimizing the to the best of your abilities over time you will see results. If you are impatient then hop on hgh

Gym is low k cope. Sports are better for height growth. Like soccer or basketball, swimming, track. Sports like that. And it depends on your body fat %. If it’s below 20 then go in a surplus. If above lose the weight with a small deficit of calories.

Get an X-ray of your wrist or knees and ask if your growth plates are closed.

If not, spam HGH at 10-15 IU's and take 0.5mg of an AI to limit your Estrogen to delay the closing of the plates as long as possible.

That is the only clinical way proven to give height gains. You should also use DHT cream, 10% after a bath, on your penis everyday, and taking whatever supplements you need to increase this. Topical DHT applied directly to the penis works better than systemic testosterone injections for increasing stretched penile length in boys but they had micro-penises, but the mechanism is still the same, you should not leave any gains on the ground, your penis will only be as large as your genetics allow, but leave none of that on the table for any sort of DHT deficiency.

You can inject Testosterone, around 100-150mg a week, which 10-15% will turn into DHT, but you'll need to get on Accutane to manage the acne.

HGH + AI or HGH + GnRH analogs is the only proven way for height gains. And it scales pretty much linearly with higher dosages of HGH the more you'll gain.

Do your own research, and do not be indecisive. You have little time, act now or don't, that's up to you.
