How do i grow zygos

Hi guys im starting test 500 mg + some gh (+ai) in a few days. Am 17 and im gon run test + gh several times until im 21 to get max development of all my features but i wanted to know if theres any sense to bonesmash while on this cycle and do test and gh grow zygos. Im interested in growing zygos rly much theyre not recessed but the more the merrier. Will this cycle grow em by itself or should i bonesmash and if yes then how to bonesmash properly theres a ton of different opinions on Internet. Btw im gon chew on pine resin to excersise jaw its very good for jaw muscles and bones but for zygos idk. Would greatly appreciate any advice from anyone Who has good knowledge.

you can't grow specific bone you can take some steroids and do some other things to gain more bones in general but you can't just pick a bone and decide it will grow while others won't, that's not how it works

Not exactly growing zygos but if you have a narrow palate a palate expander can make them seem more prominent

If your palate is narrow then a marpe you'll help. Other then that nothing, and especially not bonesmashing
