Bro I was 5'2 at 13 andf got to 6'. Try to asses how early you hit ur growth spurt compared to other kids. Otherwise just eat hella meet, drink hella milk (technically raw milk has more ifg1 so it's better for height but ur prob scared of it), and sleep HELLA. Had I slept better I prob coulda been taller. Big regret.

When ur like 16 u could get on frgr3 inhibitors and hgh, but that's for later
