how do i hairmax with pin straight longish hair

My hair is pretty thin and straight I use pomade daily to add texture but it makes my hair shiny af and texture powder dosnt work with my hair length and i’m not getting a haircut. what are some good volume adding products or anything to add texture/curls.

believe it or not i dont know how long it’s been since ive shampooed if i dont use product it looks normal not oily

i use sea salt spray as a prestyler before blow drying my hair, then i blow dry with a blow dryer while scrunching my hair with the head down, then when my hair is dry i put some texture powder and blow dry one last time with a diffuser for like 1 minute

also dont shampoo before styling cause it makes ur hair flat, i shampoo like once/twice a week, and i do it the night before so when i go styling my hair the next morning it doesnt get flat
