how do i have the blushing white look?

when i was about 15 years old, i had this Blushing look on my face my skin was SO MUCH lighter than before looked exactly like this

when i saw the coloring of my skin when it was pinkish, my eyes and hair stood out which looked really better than now

i dont even know what i was doing when i was younger that gave me this look, is there any diet that gives me this skin coloring again
