I didn’t know at all what was going on. Now my attention span is fried and I struggle to do basic things, everything makes me stressed and even though I try to fix it it feels unfixable

The reason u can’t concentrate is because ur brain needs constant dopamine as humans our brains don’t understand work and that shit it thinks u found the formula for infinite dopamine so ofc it’s gonna crave that since it thinks u basically won in life

U need to take that away all together starve it if dopamine per say

Maybe but if u really wanna focus you'll need to take it, its like a pill that makes you hyper lock in. I recommend doing the other stuff with it dopamine detox isn't gonna do anything since your coming back anyway
